Welcome to the Cloudy with a Chance of Pain data map, where you can look at pain and other symptoms for all of those who took part in the study, and how these change through time and different weather conditions.

Cloudy with a Chance of Pain collected data from January 2016 until April 2017 with over 13,000 people getting involved. Taking part meant recording pain and other symptoms every day on a phone app. The GPS on people’s phones meant we could link their symptoms with the local weather. Thanks to their efforts we had over 5 million symptoms to look at.

As well as looking at pain, you can also look at fatigue, mood, wellbeing and morning stiffness. You can look at symptoms where you live and compare with other locations in the UK.
